A short that I wrote for my Yami (Wifey) a while back. I don't know if I posted it. It's nothing grand or great, but I'm fond of it. It's...simple. lol. Unlike me. It's a vampire story...-Shrugness-

As the sun began to sink behind the mountains, making way for night they, lovers bound together for eternity, began to wake. Two hearts began to beat simultaneously, surging blood through needing veins. Lungs begin to pump and together they draw the night’s first breath. Their bodies fill with the need of each other and the need to feed.

The moon shines full as they hunt. The first of their kind; they are prey as well. The hunters seek to destroy their kind, the unholy. They will not succeed, not tonight when no one knows where they are. The lovers rely on each other, for if one falls, as does the other. If the lovers fall, so do their children

One soul is shared between them, old as time itself. Spilt apart by the gods for loving itself to much, the two halves were sent to opposite sides of the earth, buried deep within the ground. Centuries later a god, vengeful against the others, sought to bring the soul back together. He gave each half a corpse, drained of blood, in which to inhabit. In order to survive, the soul must take that which the body did not have, the blood of living beings.

Buried in the dark so long, the sun burned the soul when it emerged. Forced to wake at night, the halves hunted. They hunted for food and each other. Hate for the gods made them leave none of their creatures alive when used for food.

When the halves found each other, the soul again fell in love with itself. The bodies joined as lovers do. On that night, though in separate bodies, the soul was one again. From then on, they fed together. New life rose from the bodies of their prey. Life like their own. Their children went forth into the night, feeding on those of the light as their parents had done. Children could only be born from the lovers. Their children could not be parents.

Nigsht after night, they spent together as lovers. Night after night, they rose, fed and created new children as they did tonight. Tonight they chose a girl, as they were fond of girls. They fed, one on either side of her until she ran dry. They buried their child in a shallow grave to return to her the following night. They would teach her to survive, to hunt, and then see her into the night.

Rays of light begin to appear beyond the treetops as the lovers find tonight’s home. Cradled in each other’s arms, they close their eyes. Their blood begins to slow, and simultaneously their hearts stop. Together they draw the night’s last breath.

In England Smoky the Bear is not the forest fire prevention representative. They have Smacky the Frog. It's just like a bear, but it's a frog. I think it's a better system, I think we should adopt it. Because bears can be mean, but frogs are always cool. Never has there been a frog hopping toward me, and I thought 'man, I'd better play dead. Here comes that frog...' You never say here comes that frog in a nervous manner. It's always optimistic. Hey here comes that frog, al-right. Maybe he'll come near me so I can pet him, and stick him in a mayonnaise jar, with a stick and a leaf, to recreate what he's used to. And I'm pretty sure I'd have to punch some holes in the lid, because he's sure used to air. Then I can observe him, and he won't be doing much in his 16 ounce world.

>:| Our community is NOT thriving! I'll take that to heart while I'm away... I'm going to join a few more communities and hopefully persuade a few more people to join. But in the meantime...

Rohto V. Now, I'm not sure how many people have beautiful eyes, but I do. Just not when they're puffy, red, and watery. I'm not exactly an eyedrop/eyecare connoisseur, but I do suffer from dark circles and red eyes constantly, and I'm usually interested enough in my appearance so I want to keep those things to a minimum. (Like only when I'm at home and I can only care the cat away with my zombie-like appearance). I've used Visine for a couple of years, and face it... Using the same product for such a long period of time (except maybe toilet paper. I'm quite content with the toilet paper I use) gets boring. I like having a little bit of variety. I'm female, I have every reason in the world to have 4 different brands of deodorant, 7 shampoos, countless bath salts and bubbles, and equally as many different sceneted lotions. Why shouldn't I have at least TWO different kinds of eyedrops?

Now, these are special. They're different from your run of the mill eyedrops because they are MINTY. They make your eyes feel like they're breathing; a sensation I believe everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. If you wear contacts, you can't put these in while you're wearing them, as the solution will disolve the lense and probably some other nasty things will occur. But when you're not wearing them it's fine. This particular variety eliminates redness and produces a cooling sensation, but there is another called Rhoto Zi that just gives you the minty eyedrop love.

I haven't tried these yet, but I have a sneaking suspicion they'll cause redness, since my eyes are particularly sensitive...

If my eyes HURT, I don't like to use my Rhoto V because it irritates them for about 30 seconds and then they start clearing up, but I really hate being in pain because of my watery eyes, so if they hurt I'll still use Visine Clear Eye Redness Relief, but if I've just woken up in class and my eyes are all red and I look stoned, I'll use Rhoto V.

My rabbit wants to procreate with Odin

My chicken is an abusive creature who engages in violating other animal's wills.

My cat Blackie believes she is a dog. She drools everywhere and humps peoples' legs.

...Why are my animals so hopelessly derranged? Not even the combination of three insane people can account for the severitude of these creature's mental issues.

First, I would like to extend a welcome to __nymphe__ , whose name I currently do not know. Maybe she will be kind enough to introduce herself. ^___^

The other two, who I believe may not talk, are Dia( suketchi ) and Jenna  ( princessnikki33 ).

I also have switched comments to friends only to avoid rude comments from those outside of the community. They can join! Meep, if there is anything that drives me CRAZY, it's people being rude or commenting rude things on journals where they don't know the people at all, or what made them type what they did. I'm wierd, I know. I also believe that by keeping comments limited to those in the community, it will help keep harassment from happening. Anywho, uuummm, would you guys comment to make sure you still can?

Okay, random stuffs I thought I would post:

Horoscopes, yay! >> -Is such a weirdo- For this week

Aries
The urge to travel and to find a sense of adventure is getting ever stronger this week. The Sun, Mercury and Pluto are all encouraging you to look to new shores and step boldly into new territory. This is not a time to hang back or to decide you simply can't be bothered. Mercury continues to be retrograde, so if you do have any travel plans, you can expect delays. You should also check out your tickets and hotel reservations before you depart. Remember, however, the twists and turns of fate can often lead to very creative experiences.

Taurus
There is still a lot of activity in Scorpio, creating a sense of mystery and magic in your relationships. Even though you may find yourself having more arguments than normal and processing through some very intense feelings, you have a chance to kiss and make up as you go along. Passion is high and the chemistry between you is powerful and sexy. If you have just met, expect some delightful action over the days ahead. There is also a lot taking place in another very sensitive area of your chart - that concerning joint financial arrangements.

Gemini

Partnership issues are still very prominent in your life. The energies in this sector are intense this week, so it is a good time to do something positive to sort them out. On Tuesday Mercury retrograde conjuncts Pluto so a heart-to-heart talk could well be in order. But there is a way to do this so that you can bring healing to the situation rather than making it worse for each other. Above all you must want to change and be willing to change yourself, not expecting your partner to do all the work.

Cancer
Mars and Venus in Scorpio are bringing you more opportunities to find that perfect date, or to start a brand new love affair. The world is your oyster and it's about time you ventured out into the ocean of love once again. There is quite a lot of high activity in Sagittarius which means that your daily schedule and lifestyle are going through a change. It is also a great time for an office de-clutter. You will feel freed up to get so much more done and will have plenty of extra energy. Go for it!

Leo
Your love life seems to be moving through a new and highly intensive phase at this time. There is a blend of passion and depth in the air, which is keeping you very occupied. Mercury is retrograde and conjuncts Pluto on Tuesday, which implies that you might find yourself having a very special conversation, one that could have all kinds of repercussions. There is also the chance that you need to talk things through, so you can begin a process of reconciliation after an argument or a period of conflict. It's a week for recreating harmony and peace.

Virgo
You are keen to get in touch with those whom you might have been too busy to deal with lately. If you have unfinished correspondence or have anything that is outstanding in an administrative sense, this is the time to get it all finished and organized. There is also a great deal of activity on the home front, as Mercury conjuncts Pluto on Tuesday. You may have some big projects on hand with regard to your home - perhaps some major redecorating or remodeling that will change the atmosphere in a way that is beneficial for all.

Libra

You are still in a fairly hearty and relaxed mood, enjoying the many new opportunities that have come your way. Mercury conjuncts Pluto on Tuesday, which makes this a day for all kinds of important conversations. Big decisions will be arrived at after much thought, and you may have to let go of certain issues in order to move ahead. This week may therefore be a time of transitions as you free yourself of all kinds of encumbrances including rubbish, old papers, and files that have lost their importance and relevance to your life.

Scorpio

Mars and Venus in your sign continue to help you become more and more attractive. You have a fatal combination of drive and charm and many are finding this hard to resist. There is also a big emphasis on your finances this week with the Sun, Mercury and Pluto all in Sagittarius. Mercury is retrograde so you may be experiencing delays with payments. There is a New Moon in Sagittarius on Sunday, which is your chance for a whole new beginning in this area. Make a resolution to start as you mean to carry on.

Sagittarius
Mercury is retrograde in your sign, which may mean you experience delays to some of your best-loved projects and plans. However, delays can be very creative, so go with the flow if you find yourself held back. Use this phase to clear out clutter and to deal with any backlog that you have hanging around. Mercury conjuncts Pluto on Tuesday, presenting you with yet another opportunity to heal any communication problems. If you can hold that conversation and bring about a change of heart, this would be the best result of all.

Capricorn

Once again the spiritual side of your life is emphasized as you carry on the good work of resolving your karma. You feel an inner urge to make up for any harm you may have done in the past, and are gradually working to make this so. Mercury is retrograde in this part of your chart, which means you can happily go to a counselor, or get any kind of help you need to resolve those particularly difficult issues that have dogged you for some time. Once this energy is freed up you will feel wonderful.

Aquarius

Despite a continuing sense of pressure at work, compounded by Mercury being retrograde, things are looking up. Mars and Venus in your career slot mean that you are more driven and determined to succeed than you have been recently. You also feel in a competitive mood, which will stand you in good stead, especially if you are going for an interview or trying to get yourself promoted. And as an added bonus you also have a great deal of charm as well. Your social life is a key feature, and Tuesday may bring a great opportunity.

Pisces
There is still a lot of activity in the travel and study section of your chart. Mars is encouraging you to make new discoveries and to get going when it comes to putting your best and brightest goals into action. The New Moon in Sagittarius on Sunday does herald a chance for a new beginning, one that will prove fruitful if you take the first steps in tandem with the waxing Moon. Apply for a job or new position - or even better just start one - and watch as it all blossoms in wonderful ways.

These were taken from MSN, check 'em out, play games, etc.

And for those of us who like FOOTBALL >>;;;; Here are the week 13 scores

It lists the teams, then on the far side are all four quarters. The fifth number is the final score. The little arrows point to the winning team. This information was taken from WWW.NFL.COM

I guess this is the part where I say “hello! My name is Brandy!!” J

Well, my name is Brandy and I live in the middle of a city named “Bartlett” which is a little thing of Memphis, TN. I am sixteen years old, junior, and have a boyfriend, Kiss. My kitty is slinky and black. He loves to beat random people up for no reason whatsoever. And I love him for it.

I love to learn, and seem to be the only one at Bartlett who knows that school is FOR learning. I love to read. I have most recently read The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath and The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald. I like to call myself an artist; however, I no longer do much that pertains to art. Today I got into my swing of drawing and drew a mockingbird for a friend and a fae for another friend.

I love panties, bras, other items of lingerie, anything sexy. I have a little fetish for silky soft and fluffy things; especially shiny and soft. If I see something not only shiny, but fluffy/soft, I have to buy it. Or manipulate my boyfriend into buying it for me *grin*. All I have to do is take away sexual privileges and it’s all mine! Mwahahaha. Ahem. J

Fashion is fun. I have become somewhat addicted to watching anything that pertains to fashion lately. Make up is the best, though! I prefer MAC cosmetics, although I can not afford it, nor buy any of it. So I just settle with stuff from Target.

I strongly dislike a lot of people because they are… well, they are proof that evolution can in fact work backwards. I love all of my friends, but 95% of my schools population is filled with inconsiderate jerks.

I just realized…that if you stare at your computer screen and blink really fast, it’s like a strobe light.

my piece of advice for you.

If things get tough, just smile like a donut.

Yes, this is in Japanese. No, I'm not entirely sure what it is, it
seems to be a Japanese website that has picture of cute little pets.
For some strange reason, these animals actually LOOK cuter than the
animals of the same type in America. WHY? Why are Japanese things so
impossibly adorable? Why are they attacted to and produce products that
are so much more appealing than their American counterparts?

Anyhow here are a few pictures of the animals on the website:

My Cell Phone Gave Birth to a Flower! [06 Dec 2004|08:01pm]

[ mood | nauseated ]

My apologies to anyone who was expecting my product of the week review this evening, I'm afraid I'm much to sick to be able to get anything really productive done, but I did find someting interesting that for some reason really touches me:

http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/12/06/cellphonecover.sunflower.reut/index.html

I can only praise these people for creating a biodegradable cell phone cover that grows into a sunflower once it's been discarded. It's so sweet and would make throwing it into the lawn that much brighter than if you were to just say "SCREW YOU, CELL PHONE OF POOR RECEPTION!" and throwing that phone into a bush, where it would remain until the end of time. I will most certainly buy one of these when they're placed on the market.

Well, it looks like our Starlight did some searching! On her trip to Walgreens today, she found the Conair Hair Removal System was $29.99! Our little detective also said there was a ten dollar rebate! That means $19.99! That's a better price range, don't you think?

Cho's product for the week of 12/5-12/11 [05 Dec 2004|09:36pm]

heartseternaluv

Heyhey! Cho here, giving you my product of the week! Once a week, usually on Sunday or Monday, Starlight and I will give you a review on some product. It could be anything from hair care products to the latest great read. Or bad, for that matter.

This weeks product:

The Conair Hair Removal System:

picture copyrighted to respective owners. (I would think Conair.)

Conair is a brand many people trust. They have their hands in everything from hair care to garment care. My newest love is the little beauty pictured above. This handheld system removes hair from your body, and is PAINLESS. Yeah, it is! I tried!

The head has a sort of...sandpaperish feel to it. When I felt that, I thought for sure they must be smoking something when saying there was no pain. I was wrong.  When the button is pressed, the head spins and turns your hair to..dust! It weakens the hair until it falls apart basically, and all you are left with is the fine dust. The only thing I felt was the warmth from the friction. No pain. Not only does it take away the hair, it exfoliates the skin. You will notice the white powder like substance on your legs when through. That, ladies, is your hair and all the icky dead skin cells that needed to come off anyway! Simply wipe them away with a wet towel. After a few uses, I noticed that the results lasted longer. Not only were my legs hair free, they were smooth...soft.

The system comes with the handheld...thingie (lol) and three replacement heads. *They do wear away you know* The life of the head, really depends on how often it's used and your hair type. I'm one cursed with coarse hair and after three uses, on both legs, my 1st head looks like it can go for a few more.

   Things I would recommend:

  1. Do not put lotion on immediatly following use
  2. Follow all directions
  3. Do not use on overly sensitive skin or sensitive areas (i.e. the pubic area)
  4. Do not use on wet skin, or after showering. Use it before. (I believe the directions say that)
  5. Do not hold it over one spot, rotate it as the directions say. (I'm stuck on those directions)

Though it may be...pricey..(The site lists $73.0. I THINK I found mine cheaper at walgreens), this average girl finds that it pays you back. Just wait until you feel those smooth legs.

Well, until next weeks product!

P.S. Keep a look out for Starlight's product!

Also, everyone should post and tell us a little about yourself! What good is a community if we don't talk? O.o

No wallflowers!

Hello. I'm Alexis. I'm 18. I live in Ohio with my dad still (Blah). I'm not sure how to post a picture on here. So here is a site that has a whole album of me on it. http://photos.yahoo.com/betterof2evils86

I have a boyfriend, PK, we have been together since April, practically living together already. Kicking him out when I actually get my own place.

I've known Cho since 6th grade. The only person I've known the longest in this world that I still talk to.

Recently started playing the Sims.

I don't go out really. I don't have any friends really that I talk to in my home town. There is PK and Jeremiah and that's it. Jeremiah is either at work or sleeping (Future roomate).I probably don't have any friends because it just seems that everyone here likes to step on other people, or use you for your car or money. And I'm not interested.

I'm pretty easy to get along with. If I'm ever upset it is 90% likely it is because of my dad. I write and play video games in my spare time. Undecided what I want to do for the rest of my life. Very interested in moving out of this state.
